Die Weihnachtsgeschichte

The Nativity Story

Joseph of Nazareth and Mary, his pregnant fiancé, set out for Bethlehem to be counted in the census. But when they get there, all the inns are full. “Where are we to sleep?” asks Mary. In the end, they find a place to stay in a small stable, and that is where the miracle of Holy Night takes place: the birth of Jesus!
Susan Niessen tells the nativity story in child-appropriate language, gently modernised, and with her own emphases.
